Swing Progression - Short to Long

A great way to build your golf swing is from short to long. Also a great way to warm up, starting with short swings and building on success builds confidence.

Rather than starting with a full swing, start close to the ball with the shaft more vertical and knee high length swings. Shorter swings are more effective by moving closer to the ball. Progress to waist high, shoulder high, and full swings, standing farther from the ball as necessary.
