G P S Level 1
The G P S On-Course Coaching Principles are the basis for understanding and identifying on-course play. Level 1 is an on-line course in which Professionals learn to quickly identify performance characteristics and varied but predictable ball flights. Procedures for identifying flight characteristics, desired impacts, and decision making are examined for the varied conditions on the course. This class is the key link between mental toughness and successful results.
G P S Level 2
The natural next step is the G P S Level 2 Certification designed to provide hands-on experience in both the personal application of G P S Principles in the Professional’s own play as well as applying the principles to the play of students, clients, and players. Level 2 will give the Professional a strong platform to provide dramatic improvement for individuals or in groups for any level of play.
Scalable and Appropriate Coaching Content
G P S is scalable, which means it can be taught and coached appropriately to any level of play. It is of little use to teach or coach a ball flight on a given shot that will be prevented by the conditions of play. Striving for optimum ball flight requires optimum conditions, and even beginners need to know when that will most likely fail. When conditions change, so does performance.
